How do I link an inventory item with the verified master inventory list?

Log in as "Inventory Manager". Click "Inventory, then click "Unverified" and search the item you wish to link to Verified Item. 

Once the concerned item is found, there are 5 options on the far right column and one of them is the "Blue Chain Icon", which is the "Link to Verified".  Click on the chain link to see the "Link to Verified Item" page. On the "Link to Verified Item" page, you will be able to "Search Verified Items" that matches the item you are are trying to link. To search through Verified Items,  click on the "Add to Search" symbol before the Item name. The Item Name will then be copied to the "Name" search box and PREFcards™ will start searching for a match. If the system didn't find a match, try a different search category if available using the folowwing options : Manufacturer, Part# or Reference #. You may also type in the name of the item manually (type in as little information as possible), for example, if you wish to search for a verified #15 Blade, just type #15 or 15 so the system would search through items with #15 attached to its name. Once the right match is found, Click the "Link" icon. 

On the "Link Verified Items" page, you will be able to supply all the correct information like the Reference #, Change the Status of the Item to approved, the Unit of measurement like "Each", Pack, Set, or Case, etc. then finally, Click the "Link Items" icon at the bottom of the page.
