How do I quickly select multiple PREFcards by a single surgeon for printing?

Log-in as "Card Editor", click the hamburger lines to show all the options, then Click "Surgeons", then click the Surgeon of your choice, then Click the "Print" icon on the top right corner. All the PREFcards under that Surgeon will be listed up to 100 rows. Click on the -/+ for the number of copies of each PREFcard you want to print.

PREFcards™ will then download the selected card in PDF. You may now pull up the downloaded PDF and print accordingly.
