How to Import Cards?

1. Log-in to PREFcards™ as a user. 

2. Click Import then Import Cards 

3. Click Manage Files

4. Click +Click New Import

5. Click Choose File to upload previously saved PFD Files

6. Select the PDF File you wish to upload then Search the Previously Created Facility then Click Upload File

7. Wait for the PDF Files to load until the Identify Box to appear then click "Identify"

8. Click "Mark" @ the beginning of each procedure using the arrow down to move from one page to another

Note : This is how it looks like when you mark the first page of each procedure. (The Borderline turns Blue)

9. When you are done Marking all the First Pages, Click the "Done" Box moving on to the next Steps and this is how it looks like:

10. That's the end of the Import Feature. You are now ready to create PREFcards™
