Hybrent Integrations

Hybrent is a multi-vendor inventory manager & procurement platform, and the newest partner of the PREFcards platform. This API integration allows you to gain efficiencies like perpetual inventory management based on items actually used in surgery. The connection is live and is offered free to all PREFcard facility accounts.

The Hybrent API allows for a two-way sync between the two applications. Items and item information are downloaded into PREFcards, and PREFcards uploads item usage information into Hybrent for decrementations. Both uploads and downloads happen on a daily basis.

The item download and synchronization is live and actively running for customers that have indicated interest.

The decrementations, usage, and subsequent uploads are not live in PREFcards yet, as they are dependent on the upcoming Usage feature. With Usage, facilities will be able to record which items were opened and used on each PREFcard for each case.

Integrating with Hybrent is an easy process for inventory managers. Contact us and let us know your Hybrent account number. We'll contact Hybrent to turn on their side of the integration, you'll likely have to confirm this with them separately. Then, we'll turn on the integration from our side, and it will be live!

Integration status, runtimes, affected records, and details can be seen from the new Integrations page. As more integrations are added, they will appear here. If you have an integration you'd like to see, please let us know.

If anyone in your facility creates any new items, those new items will not be associated with Hybrent. We track these unassociated items and share them with you so you can take action. To see these unassociated items, go to the integration detail page, and click on the 'unmapped items' link.

Any items that are intended to be unmapped can be ignored. Any items that should be mapped, like duplicate items or accidental items, can be linked to the correct Hybrent item from this screen as well.
